Helping children and young people to live happily and relaxed together is very important to us. And we know from our own experience that we can easily work hand in hand with nature to achieve this. That is why the aim of this day is to discover our own resonance together with nature and to recharge and relax with it.

And we also know from research: "Spending time in nature is associated with greater relaxation, a better mood and increased general well-being." And people who are in nature are naturally in a resonant state.

• Recognize how you are simply yourself in nature

• Find out how to have even more "good days"

• Experience how you live your joy and enthusiasm together

• Discover how pressure to perform can become creativity and intuition
