In this practice-oriented training, we deepen the application of mediation in sensitive and challenging areas, especially in intercultural environments and neighborhood mediation. Different cultural backgrounds, misunderstandings and emotional tensions place particular demands on mediators - here you will learn how to deal with these challenges professionally and create sustainable solutions.
Ideal for Mediators, educators, social workers, coaches, counselors, community managers and all those who work with cultural diversity and neighborhood conflicts.
Elke Baudraxler is a qualified life and social counselor, registered mediator, resonance coach and mental trainer. With experience in aviation, mediation and coaching, she supports people in the areas of family counseling, job coaching, work-life balance and conflict management. She is a consultant at Mavie in Linz and runs her own practice Lifepilot in Wels, Linz and Vienna.
