For at least one parent and children, one of whom is at least 5 years old.
"The family as a harbor" where everyone can come home and recharge their batteries for work or school.

Experience an unforgettable summer week full of nature, exercise and valuable family time! In the forest, on the meadow and at the natural pond, you will learn to strengthen your energy with playful exercises and the support of farm animals - individually and as a family. Tools and instruments from mental training will help you to work together more respectfully in everyday life.

My colleague, Christoph Schwarz (More information at: www.christophschwarz.info) will focus on "parents and family" while I work with the children. Many activities also take place together in the large group.
