In "Let the Magic Happen 2025" you will learn how to unfold the magic of learning and inspire your participants from start to finish so that what they have learned is integrated into their everyday lives.

This seminar is aimed at Trainers, team leaders, coaches, lecturers and anyone who wants to improve their conversation and coaching skills or plan and conduct seminars and workshops. Whether you're just starting out or experienced, we reveal all the secret tricks and hacks that a good training or coaching process needs.

Targets

At the end of the seminar, you will be able to design seminars that not only impart knowledge, but also generate enthusiasm and create lasting learning experiences. You will go home with a suitcase full of ideas and techniques that you can implement immediately.

Target group

• • For Kutschera Resonance® coaches and trainers, psychosocial counselors/LSB and people with comparable training

• • For managers and all those who accompany and/or lead teams (workshop leaders, HR managers, project managers, etc.)

• • This workshop also serves as further training to become a Kutschera Resonance® Business Trainer, as well as certified further training for LSB, mediation, coach/specialist trainer according to ISO 17024 (16h).

Requirements (recommended)

Experience in leading, guiding or accompanying teams and groups

Training as a coach, trainer or comparable training
