   My coaching sessions are dedicated to your mental and physical health, dealing with stress and your well-being (your individual medical history, your health goals, your work-life balance). To get to know your body better and promote your long-term health, you can also try a yoga class. These always take place on Mondays from 19:00-20:15 in Neubaugasse. Are you already an athlete and want to work on your individual performance? Then come to an individual coaching session with a focus on success strategy for your specific performance area. I also offer strategy design and implementation for upcoming exams and emotionally challenging situations. You think you can't? I know you can!
